Last year, we partnered with other ministries in cities throughout the nation as well as local ministries to engage in an event called "10 Days" which was meant to coincide with the 10 Days of Awe on the Jewish Calendar.
"10 Days" is actually a multi-city endeavor to assist us in shutting out our busyness and the pulls of ministry to simply focus our hearts upon the revelation of Jesus; renewing our commitment to "first love", seeking His heart and praying in the harvest of His inheritance. It was a disaster for me because my Grandmother's emergency health care knocked me out of the event. As a result, I know it left a sour taste for some ministries because I could not be there and they were left to do the event on their own. Here is my do-over, even though the truth is that you/they don't need me to lead, you need The Spirit of God.
From September 24th -October 4th, IHOP-LI would like to host 10 Days at Sanctuary and invite worshiping communities to take one of the evenings to lead the event. It is a simple task...worship and exalt Jesus corporately and engage in prayers for the region to do the same. No names are being touted as a draw. Just Jesus.
I am attaching the link to the 10Days event. If you or your worship teams would like to be a part of this, please choose an evening and I will secure the night. If you know of a worship community that would like to be part of this, feel free to invite them. Ideally, each night would be led not just by your community but together with other communities or groups you run with.
Please let me know a.s.a.p. if you want in. love, t

I want to stir your heart for a minute and then I will write with more details soon. We had the pleasure and honor of meeting with the missionary team who are preparing the region for Reinhardt Bonke's evangelical crusade in November. They were wonderful and made a statement that had the presence of God on it: "Reinhardt will not move on his own but will pray and seek the Lord's leadership. He would not be coming to Long Island if he did not believe the Lord was going to be harvesting souls here." I will be contacting many of the local leaders about some meetings that we are invited to attend. In the meantime, know this. I am not a "bandwagon" person - nor am I inclined to jump into something like this unless I have a witness myself - which I do and it includes a number of prophetic dreams that are lining up. There is a help that the Lord is sending us on Long Island as an answer to the prayers of the saints and it will be worth your time to pray and ask the Lord how you can engage with what He is doing. We will be hosting an intimate meeting with their representative and then each of you as leaders are invited to a brunch from 10-noon on April 3rd in Uniondale with Reinhardt where he will be sharing what He believes the Lord is establishing and the strategty. The crusade is targeting those who do not know the Lord and it will serve your communities to be in relationship with this as they will be seeking communities that they can refer the new "babies" to. I will write more but until then, hit me up if you are interested in attending the more intimate meeting. xoxo t
For a year now, the House of Prayer began to regularly pray that "laborers would be thrust into the harvest field - in line with the unction Lou Engle had on the word "ekballo" - quoting John 4 and the relationship between prayer and the harvest.
A few weeks ago I posted a dream and in the dream there was an announcement that it was "1969 again" and in the conversation that ensued, I stated that I believed it had something to do with the Jesus people movement.
Recently, there was a conference that included the Vineyard Movement's Reconciliation with Toronto and the Leaders of the Toronto Blessing in Urbana. This was a commitment to yield to the power and leadership of the Holy Spirit again.
Yesterday, we met with two missionary saints who are preceding the Reinhardt Bonke Evangelism Crusade coming to Long Island. They were wonderful and made a statement that had the presence of God on it: "Reinhardt will not move on his own but will pray and seek the Lord's leadership. He would not be coming to Long Island if he did not believe the Lord was going to be harvesting souls here."
Finally, I just read the APCE prophetic letter sent out through the Encounters Network. I have pulled this quote from it:
"Jesus People Movement
The U.S. is in the midst of another Jesus People Movement, like that of the late 60’s and early 70’s. In a sense, prior to now, it seems that we have been in a “prophetic lull” in which the Lord has been quiet concerning the future, but this has been in God’s strategic plan. For behind the scenes He has been preparing a new generation of leaders that have a double-portion anointing on them. They are the new Jesus People and they are an unstoppable army with passion and compassion - passion for the lost and compassion for those who are enslaved by poverty, human trafficking and other injustices.
There is a divine convergence of the anointing of the past moves of God with the strength and vitality of the present, and these Jesus People will far exceed even the great generals of the past. Cities that once had both governmental and historic revival anointing will be impacted. "
All of these are markers. There is a great deal of activity around this and I sincerely believe that the Lord is inviting us to deeply engage in prayer for the region so that the harvest would be deep and widespread. Unlike Billy Graham's ministry which was miraculous in salvation and I honor it deeply, Reindhart has demonstrated both the office of evangelist and an intimate familiarity with the Kingdom power and he yields to dynamics that Holy Spirit employs to witness to Jesus.
The prophetic witness is always an invitation to pray and Long Island is in desperate need. Please consider focused prayer for those who are currently enemies of God and not yet transferred into the Kingdom. It has eternal impact and now is the time to engage. With love, t
The King's Corner building, which has hosted IHOP-LI for 6 years now, is being repurposed and rebranded to become a shared space mission base called "Sanctuary". The community that once held worship services thee has graciously extended an invitation to us to work together on this project.
We are delighted and here is the reason why: it is an opportunity to really be kingdom minded rather than ministry centric. The building costs a few thousand dollars to keep open every month. Many young ministries looking for building space are shackled by this kind of cost to maintain a personal building. Our collective dream is to make the building an "incubator for kingdom missions" and pool resources so emergent ministries/kingdom endeavors can launch in the building as a ready to use environment until they are able to stand on their own. It is very grounded in early church values and we believe the possibilities for unity, humility and shared space are phenomenal.
The details can be read about on the website: http://www.sanctuarymissionbase.com/ . We need your help in order to remain viable. Could you please share this information with any and every kingdom minded community or dreamer so they know what we are making available. Costs are prayerfully agreed upon by the board and the community seeking use of the building and they really are committed to Jesus determining finances. It is just gorgeous. Please pray it forward!!! love, t
Here's the info from the promo cards:
Sanc·tu·ar·y is a fully equipped, versatile meeting space created to serve ministries that love Christ Jesus. Think outside the proverbial box and you will find that Sanc·tu·ar·y is a fertile greenhouse for kingdom creativity and growth.
Designed to function as shared space, our intention is to provide a venue for Kingdom-minded endeavors at an affordable, customized rate; freeing ministries to invest in people rather than buildings.
Located on prime real estate in the heart of Long Island, Sanc·tu·ar·y is easily accessed from the L.I.E., Sunrise Hwy and the LIRR. With two sound systems, a projection unit, wi-fi, ample family style/rowed seating and free parking, it has everything a budding ministry needs to flourish.
We honor and celebrate the whole Body of Christ and are convinced that as we serve you we serve our King.

"How would God respond if an entire City took a day, or even 10 Days to seek His face together? And what if this was happening not just in one city, but in thousands of places around the world? " --Jonathan Friz, 10 Days Boston
For the last 7 years we (IHOP-LI:The Ark House of Prayer) have been praying for the regional churches; asking for an increasing revelation of the Glory of our King and His Kingdom for Long Island. Earlier this year we met with a young missionary named Jonathan Friz who is leading a national initiative called “10 Days” that we believe furthers this cause and we are inviting you into this labor of love. The event will take place from Wednesday, September 4th and will run to Saturday, September 14th.
We invite you to share your wisdom and strength to help us call the corporate Church on Long Island into a concerted time to focus our hearts on Jesus. We are not asking for money, nor are we looking to draw you into an overwhelming task of time or energy. What we are envisioning is a small, seedling fast of time and affection for Jesus that we pray will grow in depth as well as relationship in the coming years.
We are looking for 10 different host churches that will take responsibility to lead one night of prayer and worship at their home church/facility. For example, Church “A” would take responsibility for the first night (Wednesday the 4th), Church “B” would take the second (Thursday the 5th) and so on. Your community would only be responsible for one night but are invited to attend any/all of the other nights as well. Ideally, each worship community will invite other churches that they have relationship with to help them and simply join them for that night to adore Jesus and humbly seek His Manifest Presence in worship and prayer.
Would you prayerfully consider joining your strength (and weakness) to ours and take one of those nights? We will help you spread the word and join with you to support your evening. You are free to choose the night that works best for you between the 4th and the 14th (first come first served) and develop/lead the evening in line with your community’s own distinctive approach. A regional website has been created so we can list each participating church and communicate the details for each day to the region. We will create a Long Island sub-page for the main website which is https://10days.net/ and list all of the contact information that you provide.
Currently, these communities have already signed on for the following dates:
Wednesday the 4th...
Thursday the 5th...
Friday the 6th...........Mosaic
Saturday the 7th.......Crossover
Sunday the 8th...
Monday the 9th...
Tuesday the 10th.......IHOP-LI
Wednesday the 11th...
Thursday the 12th...
Friday the 13th...........Mosaic
Saturday the 14th.......The Refuge
The blank dates are still open and we welcome your heart and voice!
Please let me know by August 10th if your community would be willing to host an evening. We will gladly sit with you and go over the details in person before or after the 10th in a time and place that works for you and your community. We also offer every resource we have to support your labors. My phone number is 631-662-9705 and my email address is Gworship9@yahoo.com.

IHOP-LI: The Ark House of Prayer
Revolutionary Prayers By Pete Greig Published: November 8th, 2009
Can our prayers change nations? Did prayer really help bring down the Berlin Wall? 20 years ago today the world watched stunned - from the Kremlin to the White House - as the wall which had separated East from West for more than quarter of a century came crashing down. And remarkably one of the sparks which detonated this seismic change was.. a weekly prayer meeting!
If you ever wonder whether prayer really can change the world, read on...
Growing up under communism, in a mining village near the East German city of Leipzig, Markus Laegel (today one of the leaders of 24-7 Germany), remembers those prayer meetings as a formative moment when he realised the power of prayer. His father worked, like most men, in an open mine where his minimal wage was supplemented by daily bottles of vodka. With almost nothing to do after work other than drink, Markus remembers a generation of his father's friends all being reduced to alcoholism while their families struggled to survive. Times were desperate living under one of the most repressive regimes on earth.
When Markus was 13, word began to spread about a weekly prayer meeting at the church of St Nicholas in Leipzig. It was said that people were daring to cry out to God for an end to the oppression of communism. That simple prayer meeting had begun several years earlier with just a handful of faithful Christians on a Monday night, but now it started to grow. Exactly a month before the wall came down no fewer than 70,000 people gathered around the church to intercede for peace. The government was alarmed and threatened to shut the church down. Doctors were so concerned that they set up an emergency clinic in the building, expecting the prayer meeting to be showered with bullets...
So many people were expressing their protest in prayer that the State was preparing for war. Markus Laegel remembers guns on the roofs of churches and tanks in the streets. But when the Berlin wall eventually fell one communist official made a surprising admission to a journalist: 'We were prepared for every eventuality,' he said, 'but not for candles and not for prayers' Red Moon Rising
Regime change The Swiss theologian Karl Barth, who was arguably the pre-eminent theologian of prayer in the 20th century, said that 'To clasp the hands in prayer is the beginning of an uprising.' Twenty years after the prayer-fueled uprising that brought down communism in Eastern Europe, we find ourselves living under the subtler oppression of unregulated capitalism and secular humanism. Maybe it's time to to rediscover the spirit of those Leipzig Prayer Rallies once again.
Eugene Peterson's classic book 'The Contemplative Pastor' (which, let's face it, sounds about as harmless as a book can be) goes as far as describing prayer as 'a subversive activity [that] involves a more or less open act of defiance against any claim by the current regime.'
To pray for the Kingdom of God to come on earth is to invite an uprising, a regime-change, a revolution. It is subversive. But sadly we've reduced 'Thy Kingdom come' to a religious catch-phrase, short-hand merely for a few less people leaving our churches, and a few more homeless people receiving a tuna sandwich on Friday nights. By contrast, the former Dutch Prime Minister Abraham Kuyper clearly understood the revolutionary implications of Christian allegiance (and I can almost imagine his hand trembling with a mixture of terror and excitement as he wrote these words):
There is not a square inch of domain of our human existence over which Christ, who is sovereign over all, does not cry: 'It is mine!'
24-7 Prayer exists to welcome Christ into every 'square inch of domain of our human existence'. This means that, whenever we see the tyranny of enemy occupation at work in our own lives we try to pray for Christ's Kingdom to come instead. Wherever we see oppression, amongst the poor, in our educational systems, in government, or even in the church, we use our free wills to say defiantly: 'Not my will but your will be done'.
When we pray in this way, I'm reminded of those urgent messages tapped out in code to Allied forces by resistance fighters far behind enemy lines in the Second World. In the darkness and despair, our prayers can light up landing-strips for the invading forces of heaven. And when we come together to do this in sufficient numbers, we can move from small-scale guerrilla warfare to publicly defying tanks and guns with our prayers for liberation.
24-7 and the future After a decade of continual prayer that has touched a hundred nations and impacted so many thousands of individuals, I am unspeakably grateful to God for the 24-7 movement. But now, as we begin to look ahead to the next decade of non-stop prayer, my longing is to move from the transformation of individuals to the transformation of nations and the liberation of entire communities, through the power of concerted prayer, in the name of Jesus Christ our returning Lord!
The reception of a new world from God is under way in our time. It is apparent in the staggering, frightening emergence of new communities... Thus we are at the risky point of receiving from God what we thought God would not give; namely a new way to be human in the world.' Walter Bruegemann, Hopeful Imagination
I just returned from a whirlwind trip to the Middle East where I visited four nations, Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan & Egypt, in 11 days. The believers I connected with were absolutely precious, heroes in the kingdom, standing strong in the midst of very challenging circumstances. It was an honor to meet and encourage them in the Lord. I think I was more encouraged by them than they were by me.
The atmosphere of each country is unique but at the same time each has one outstanding thing in common. Each has wholeheartedly embraced Islam as a mainstay of it’s culture. This is evidenced by the many mosques that dot the landscape and the Muslim call to prayer that rings out throughout their cities.
Hearing the call to prayer continually echoing over the earth fueled my zeal afresh to see Jesus receive the glory due Him. I was compelled to go back through some familiar Scriptures that declare His coming reign and the method He will use to receive for Himself a bride from EVERY tribe, tongue, people and nation (Rev 7:9). Here’s a few thoughts.
Jesus will rebuild the Tabernacle of DavidAmo 9:11 “On that day I will raise up The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, And repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, And rebuild it as in the days of old;
The Tabernacle of David was a 33.5-year prayer and worship meeting David hosted in Jerusalem which functioned as the centerpiece of his kingdom. In Amos, the Lord promised to once again raise it up and cause it to function just as it did in the days of old. This promise will be fulfilled by Jesus when He returns. He will sit in the Tabernacle of David and rule the nations from the rebuilt Tabernacle of David (Isa 16:5). Before this happens, the Scripture is clear, God will fill the earth with throne-room-style worship and prayer that will take place night and day (Isa 62:6-7, Mal 1:11)
Changing the AtmosphereRight now there is a massive transition taking place in regard to worship and prayer. God is transitioning the worship of the church into throne room worship. Rather than singing about our privileges as believers, the new songs today are almost entirely God-centered songs the declare His worth, majesty and glory. And rather than simply twenty minutes on Sunday morning, scores of believers are hungering to worship and pray night and day.
The Lord is orchestrating this shift. But Why?
His throne room is a place of ceaseless worship and prayer. He is shifting the atmosphere of worship in the earth to His liking, because He is readying the planet for His coming. The prayer movement that is filling the earth right now is a precursor to the ultimate fulfillment of Amos 9:11. We are witnessing the release of the “spirit” of the Tabernacle of David prior to its actual literal rebuilding when Jesus returns.
Until now, Islam has been the most aggressive prayer movement the earth has ever seen. Five times daily the Muslim call to prayer rings out across the middle east, without protest, beckoning the hearer to come and bow down to Allah. The only thing that will break the stronghold of Islam is a greater prayer movement, not only five times a day, but night and day. This is what the Lord is raising up in this hour to see a massive harvest in the Muslim world.
Amos 9:12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, And all the Gentiles who are called by My name,” Says the LORD who does this thing.
Edom is located in modern day Jordan. Amos 9:12 declares the rebuilt Tabernacle of David is the means He will use to see the remnant of Edom, as well as many gentile nations, come to know Jesus. The current prayer movement that is bubbling up around the earth is not only a preparation for His return, but a means to see massive harvest in the Middle East. He is going to poor out His Spirit on all flesh and one of the chief means to this great outpouring is night and day prayer. The Lord will have a people who love Him wholeheartedly in the Middle East.
I was extremely encouraged by the number of believers who are building prayer in the Middle East. Truly God’s intention is to see a massive harvest in this region as a mercy stroke before His return.
What do you think, will there be a great harvest of souls in the middle east before the Lord returns?
